Saving data

Me again sorry all. Is there any way one can save for example
my email address and various aother bits of info for easy pasting onto sites etc to save typing all in. Thanks in anticapation.

There is the Auto Fill option... Create a contact for yourself and it will auto fill the correct info... If not you can have it in notes, but typing is faster at that point...
