I receive a 15% discount via my university What I've found to be almost as good as the discount is Business Customer Care. I've found the business care reps to be very helpful, much more so than regular customer service reps.

Nah, Basically, you're getting a discount for being affiliated with a company that generates lots of revenue for AT&T

I didn't have to upgrade to a business data plan and I am classified as a business customer.

I think I can actually get 23% with AT&T through my university right now. I currently get that through Sprint. Wonder if I'll have to drop down to 15%.
