Safari Settings Disappeared

I noticed that my Safari settings have disappeared from the Settings menu. Anybody else notice this?

I'm running a 3GS with the Blackra1n jailbreak. I did 'reset settings' and the option appeared again, but it screwed up everything pretty bad so I did a Reset and started from scratch. Somewhere in the reinstall of all my apps (Jailbroken and otherwise) I lost it again. I really don't want to go through it again and go app by app to see when it happens, so I thought I'd check online first.

Anybody else experience this?

if you used "categories" or another application which causes safari to poof (be hidden) you should restore it to its original state (visible on the home screen) or you won't be able to edit its settings.

You can repoof it once you modified the settings you want to modify.
