Safari/Message Crashing Problem

Hey Guys!
So ever since I updated to iOS 10, safari browser has become pretty wonky. Every time I try to switch tabs, Safari goes white and then reverts back to the page I was on. My iMessage is also having problems, as all my messages fail to deliver!

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

You might want to consider booting into recovery mode and restoring via iTunes. On top of hopefully fixing any software issues that may exist it sometimes gives you a nice battery and performance boost.
