I just noticed today that whenever I am browsing in Safari, the little circle timer thing next to 3G is constantly spinning. I tried all different sites and they have all completely loaded and it still goes. Go to homescreen and it goes away. Open an app, it updates then goes away. Why just safari? I open it up and don't even do anything it's spinning.

Have you closed your background pages in Safari, it could be trying to reload some background tabs.

I get this sometimes as well when the page or site that I am on hasn't fully loaded. Do you notice this occurring more on lager sites?

It could also depend on the site you're visiting. Some sites have content that constantly updates, and that will cause what you're experiencing.
