Safari app has disappeared?

The Safari app on a friends phone has disappeared. How does she recover it? I do not believe that she has ever backed it up in I Tunes.

It's probably hidden in a folder somewhere on the screen. She can go to Spotlight Search on her phone and enter Safari in the search. It will show her where it is.

The Safari app can't be deleted. As you see here, there's no X to delete it.
