Absolutely not! It's target market is men that are all muscle, weight 250-300 lbs, 6' 5" or tall and work in professions such are pro boxer, M.M.A. Fighter, NFL lineman and WWE Superstar wrestler! When they show off their rose color iPhone; all will say it is very nice! LOL!

Is the dock more stable than the plastic dock? Can you just pull your phone off without holding down the dock?

I'm sorry I didn't do that. But I will tomorrow. My impression is no. It feels like you'll have to hold down the dock.

I don't think it's too pink.

I really don't think it's very pink at all. I have a rose gold Apple Watch Sport. I'd call it peach more than I would pink. There's too much orange in the base color to call it pink. The pinkishness just comes from the way light hits it.

I think just like with yellow gold, lighting will absolutely have a profound effect on the hue. And while at times it may look even 'copperish', the pink is most certainly going to appear as well.

By the way the phone does NOT lift easily off the dock. And if you want to lift it one handed you need to use your pinkie to leverage.
It also does NOT work with an Otterbox Symmetry case.

It's pink in that rose gold is a pink gold.

I just think to say it's flat-out pink is inaccurate, as that seems to deny the existence of the warmer, yellow and orange tones that are present in the color. That's why I think of it as peach: orangey and pinkish all in one.

I haven't seen the watch so I can't speak to it. But there isn't a hint of yellow in the dock, which is required for peach.
