RMB storage showing inconsistency after 10.10.5 update.

After I updated to 10.10.5 my storage shows some inconsistency on my RMB. I don't have near that many apps installed. According to the image below I have around 119 gb of space being used but up above it only shows about 43 GB being used. Is there a way to fix this or do I even need to worry about fixing this? The app portion grew after the update to 10.10.5.

Try to repair permissions on the disc.
Also do the repair disc and then reboot see if it helps

Thanks for your response. I actually found a solution just before you posted. I re-indexed the entire volume, restarted the system and it started reporting properly again.
