Ring tone duration too short

Hello there, I am using 1 of the rigtones supplied with my new iphone 5, however the ring duration is too short.
Same applies to any of the other supplied tones too.
Q- Is it possible to set the ringtone(s) to ring 'longer' ..? thanks in advance, John.

Is it possible you're selecting a particular tone that is arguably meant for short alerts? For instance, selecting "ding" as a ringtone instead of a message alert.

No. Length depends on the song/tone. U can either buy some new ringtones or create some yourself and import them into iTunes to use on ur iPhone. It's easy to do.
