Simply take pictures with your clothes on and store everything in the device. The program will cut your body in three sections in order to evaluate every possible combinations. If you are in doubt, however, just shake your iPhone and let decide at the program.
Pros: Simple interface with a fluid scroll.
Cons: Not too complex, maybe need the export feature.
