I've enjoyed the apple technology since the iPhone 4 (late bloomer), however I am experiencing issues concerning the 'restrictions' passcode. I do not AT ALL remember that password. How can I recover it and turn off restrictions without losing information. For some reason, when I set up the restrictions, I included FaceTime with that restriction. I also set a password, downloaded SEVERAL SEVERAL updates, added more passwords, etc. Please help offer advice.

Unfortunately you cannot reset this, you will need to restore your device as new and start over again. Don't restore a backup as that will have the restrictions again as well.
