Restoring tones?

I just downgraded back to 8.4 from the public beta 9. All of the tones I purchased are gone. I can't figure out how to restore them. When I click on the tone in iTunes and select purchase it tells me that I've already purchased this before and asks if i want to purchase again. What the heck am I doing wrong? Can someone walk me through backing tines up to iTunes? Thanks

In 8.x tones disappeared for a lot of people. Apple offered a way to get them back. Maybe someone knows. I don't.
