I have an older I-phone with a cracked face that I want to sell.I've restored to factory settings but the phone # shows on the phone and in itunes.Any ideas????

Restore won't remove the phone #

Did you make sure to not check restore backup? There will be an option to restore back to factory settings without restoring form a backup file.
