Since the 13.4 upgrade Siri voice feedback is just a buzzing staticky sound. The “action” I’m talking to Siri about still happens though. Any ideas besides rebooting, which I tried?

Disable Siri, reboot your device and then re-enable Siri. Hopefully, that will help.
