"Reservation" Question

So, I had pre-ordered an iPhone with Best Buy because I didn't have any luck trying to order it online through AT&T or Apple. Hours after I pre-ordered at BB, I tried online again, and finally got through to a page saying I had a reservation at my local Apple store.

I'm still going to pick up my Best Buy phone today, but does this mean my Apple store is holding a phone for me today? My boyfriend wants an iPhone too, so I could certainly go and pick it up if it's guaranteed to be there. I don't want to make the long drive only to be told the old Seinfeld quote, they can take the reservation but they can't HOLD it. lol

Yes, you can get it at the Apple store. At my store, Memorial City Mall Houston, they had a lady going around checking your name against the reservation list. Chik-fil-a was passing around breakfast sandwiches and coffee/water.

You should have gotten an email from Apple confirming the reservation.

Weird, I never got an email confirming it, but the page did say June 24th pick up date. Let me try calling, I doubt I'll get through
