RIP 2014 MBA. I didn’t own it but if memory serves me — it might not — the 2014 Air was a great device (and it had the glowing Apple logo). It had multiple I/O on both sides and one was MagSafe. This was the model with the big white bezel, I think. Unfortunately also Intel inside->Hot outside.

The M1 MBA is superior in every way except lacking MagSafe. Two USBC with MagSafe would have been good I/O for me and I suspect most. (I’d like the glowing logo too but that’s pure aesthetics and the usb divided to one each side).
