Replace AirPod tips these are the best I think

Editing as at the moment no 3rd party do replacement tips only apple

I no these are a bit pricey but they have a sweat and wax stopper you roll them in your fingers and stick them in your ears and they take the shape of your ear I don’t have they AirPods but I have these tips and are comfortable for hours on end

Is there a custom mold for the Airpod Pros like some aviation headsets use?

Thanks for the info. I must say that I'm impressed with the ear cushions that come on the Airpods Pro. They fit well and are comfortable to be stock. I will continue to use them until they wear out and then maybe look into a set of Comply ear cushions. I would suggest seeing what the Apple cushions feel like before buying a third party set that might not fit properly.
