Remove key code & code pad?

Remove key code & code pad

Tried settings and Touch ID and passcode. Scrolled down. No button to remove. I have an I phone 6 with 9.3 operating system.

If you have a passcode already set , right under add a finger print it should say turn off passcode . That's weird
