Reminders notifications not working on iPhone 7 Plus vastest iOS version

The icon of the Reminders app disappears from the notifications settings and it's notifications keep turning off after I put them on. How to fix this? I reseted the iPhone to a backup but it did not worked.

You can try one or all of the following:
1. Reboot the iPhone
2. Reset All Settings
3. Restore the device and then set it up as new, not from a backup.

Refreshed to iOS 10.2.1 as of late and now it appears that Updates have quit working. I had a few time and area based updates that never activated. At the point when I dispatch the application, I presently observe 3 updates that are past due, yet the identification symbol just shows 1. Likewise, the updates don't appear in my Warning history either.
