Please remember that if you have to ask where to get it, you shouldn't be looking. If someone is selling a slot - it's not legal, and is against Apple's TOS for developer accounts.
Don't ask if you can buy a slot - that almost always ends badly (if the seller isn't around when it's time to update - you wind up with a bricked phone).
