It's a iPod Touch 2G jailbreak.

"Flurry of Dev Team activity fuels hopes for imminent 2G jailbreak



The iPhone Dev-Team's various web pages have seen a flurry of updates in the last few hours in what appear to be final hints of a forthcoming iPod touch 2G jailbreak.

The image hosted on the mysterious "redsn0w" webpage was updated to add what looked to many observers like some sort of hash or key (zoomed in above), and confirmation has come from Dev-Team member MuscleNerd posting on our forums:
