Read receipts for only some contacts in iOS9? ...

I would swear reading this was a feature in the iOS9 betas. Is it in the full release of iOS9? If it is I can't find it.

In the past, for iMessage, you had to turn on read receipts globally, for all contacts. Is it now possible to enable that just for some contacts?

Not that I'm ware of, no. It's all or nothing.

I don't recall having seen any info about this. I believe that it's still an "all or nothing" situation.
