Read messages and E-Mails as they come in?

Looking for an app that will read my messages and E-Mails while I'm driving. Is there such an app or can I set up IOS7 to do this for me?

I just ask Siri to read my messages. Any new messages will be read.

Go to Settings>General>Siri. Make sure Siri is enabled.

Siri will read Messages and E-Mails that have come in, what about reading them auto as they come into the phone. Some call it Drivers Mode. Something that works without having to touch anything on the phone.

I'm not familiar with drivers mode.

When your here the new message tone, just ask Siri to read your messages. Same for emails.

The auto-read may be a part of coming "iOS in the car" feature... it may be that some car makers will make this available in not only new cars, but older models as well... but for now, you can always manually have Siri read things for you...

It says "there are no new messages"..?
