This might be of interest to anyone who enjoyed the Z&T with Daniel Rubino about sleep health. I was diagnosed with apnea years ago, but the CPAP thing was horrible, and the jaw-positioning mouth guard my dentist made for me was nearly as bad. So I DIY'ed my own, and it works perfectly. I wrote up the instructions for friends and family, and my friends' wives thank me for putting an end to their snoring!
Maybe some of you will find it useful too. There's a version offered on late-night TV for $20, but where's the fun in that?
