Re-set password

I forgot totally my password and security custome question of my apple ID (@me.com). how can i reset it?
My find my iphone and icloud account are tied up with it and i can't log out or log in

If you can't recall your passcode, and you can't recall the answers to the security questions you chose then there is nothing any of us can do for you. Please contact Apple Support regarding this matter. Thanks.
