My first thought was the emergency alert, but that wouldn't go off every morning at the same time. Plus, that thought was already debunked by the responses given.

I remember the first time I heard that alarm...it was for an amber alert, and it scared the living hell out of me!

Can you give us a list of all 3rd party clocks and calendar's installed on your phone? Also a list of those that you had but deleted.

Open up Settings on your phone and then tap Notifications.
Look through the list at the various apps and you should see various notification types listed under each app (Badges, Sounds, Alerts, etc).
Let us know which ones say "Sounds", its probably one of those that's causing it.
