Random respring??

So I'm running the out of the box iOS 10 and I'm getting random resprings, like today twice I went to press on an app and it would not respond then resprung. This has happened on my 256GB matte black and my previous white/silver 128GB. I was wondering if the new update fixes this issue

That was happening to me on iOS 10.0.1 until I updated to beta 10.1, I have jet black 256 7+

Ok so it sounds like I need to go beta to solve my issue.

So I was having this same issue when I first got the phone running stock iOS 10, at least 4-5 times a day. Updated to the 10.1 beta version 1 and still had the issue, but recently I have seen it decrease dramatically in number of times since I've updated to beta version 3 and now up to 5. It did happen once this morning for the first time in about 10 days. It must be a iOS bug for some people, updates seem to have helped.

I got the iPhone 7 plus 128gb silver
And I got some random resprings , I went to apple and the "genius" told me it is a app conflict, I don't think so.
I'm running iOS 10.1 beta 5
