quickpwn not working??

i have a pc (windows xp) and i was trying to download quickpwn 2.2 to jailbreak my iphone 3g with 2.2 firmware. but after i extract the files it gives me the error message "Failed to initialize properly". HELP??

ps. i cant download the TiPb link because i dont know how to work torrents.

You need the latest version of .NET framework. Should be obtainable from Windows Update.
