Beta testers: does Quick Reply still exist in iOS? It seems everything is based on 3D touch:

Lockscreen: can you swipe to reply directly to text messages and emails or has this changed to long pressing? If so, are you still able to reply directly from the lockscreen?

Heads up notifications: if you get a text while in an app, are you still able to pull down to reply?

On my 6s I can long press on a message to directly reply to a message from the lockscreen.

I would not rule it out but can't see why they would remove this feature seeing as iOS 10 will run on older devices without 3D Touch

Set Messages in notifications to "Alerts" at the bottom. You'll see Quick Reply more.
