I don't wanna type in my password all the time with the Ipad, I'm using a bluetooth keyboard and I gotta constant type in the password.

Android has trusted devices to bypass the lock screen for devices on you.

What is IOS one called?

iOS does not have Trusted Devices, like Android has, where your iPad remains unlocked if near another device. OTOH, I don't understand why you aren't able to use Touch ID to log into your iPad -- unless the way you have the keyboard set up blocks the FPS sensor?

Set up and use Touch ID, if your iPad supports it. You can use Touch ID with the iPad (5th generation and later), iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, or iPad mini 3 or later.
