Quick Message icon in contacts app missing- ios7

Could someone please tell me that why is there a quick message button against some numbers and its not there among others.
Please refer the screenshot.

I am assuming you're referring to the iMessage icon. If so, that would mean that iMessages can be sent to and received from that particular number. In other words, the recipient has an iOS device.

Is there any way i can see which all contacts have imessage ithout going into each contact?

I don't believe you can sort the contacts list by who has an iOS device or not.
