question on jailbreak

Once you jail break can you not use itunes or if you do to load music do you have to jailbreak again? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I just did this and a box came up and said itunes found a something iphon and it needed to be reset before hooking to itunes.

Yes, you can still use iTunes as normal after you jailbreak.
