Please let us know what device you have? I haven’t had any issues with the keyboard on my 8 or X. BTW...⬆️ is just for uppercase letters. You would need to click the “123” to get to punctuation.

Welcome to iMore!

The question mark and exclamation mark are in the same place as they've always been on the iPhones. Now if you're talking about the iPad, they did change that up somewhat (you have to flick-swipe down on those keys), but they're right there on the keyboard.

Also, are you using the stock keyboard or a 3rd party one?

Hi...thanks for the responses....I'm using an IPad that we just bought...and I'm aware of the new "swipe" downward...however, there is no question mark option for that feature. I find it very inconvenient the way that they have reconfigured it....It is difficult to explain in a message!

I have to press the upward arrow key ▲ if I want to use the question mark once and it is in a different location than I'm use to on my old ipad. If I want to use multiple question marks or exclamation points, I need to press the
".?123" on the lower left corner and then press the #+= key on the lower right corner. Talk about confusing....
