question about INITSUA Z Twilight HD theme

In this video it shows animates lines going across the screen... I have Twilight HD but don't know how to turn it on.. Is it part of the theme or is it a tweaks.

ok i found it for you, go to cydia search for Initsua Z-Grid Series, then under winter board select InZT Anim SB 01, then respring and there you go.
