Putting music on a Tmobile Iphone OG

So i have had the first iphone for like 3 years know. Still works perfectly like when i bought it so i havent had the need to get a new one. However when i switched it to tmobile it stopped letting me edit my music on i tunes. I was wondering if there is another program that will alow me to edit my i phone music or some way open up the contents of the iphone on my macbook.

you can always SSH into the phone and add music that way.
