Push notifications

Anyone having issues with push notifications on iPhone 4? I have intermittent periods, where I get nothing from push. Current period about 19 hrs. This morning, I also started having badge issues. Badge notifications won't go away after being viewed. Weired!

i've only encountered certain programs not pushing to ios4 at all , such as the MLB at bat program.

I can't even get my MobileMe mail to push, along with boxcar, Facebook and such.

the push notifications have been weird for me too I thought that was just me and maybe a new game I got that might not have all their bugs worked out either. =S hopefully it gets fixed soon

I noticed some of my apps were no longer pushing...then realized it was because I had not opened them and logged in since I updated. After that I haven't noticed any issues.

No problems with notifications at all, however I did a clean install of everything when i got the 4.

That's just the FB app. It has been hit and miss since the first introduced push for it.

i'm having horrible problems with mobileme push notifications for email. i'm still waiting on apple to respond to my escalated case and let me know whats going on. sounds like its not just me though, and thats a least a little comforting.

on a side note, hookem99, do you have your avatar picture in iphone resolution? i've searched high and low for that one!

i'm now beginning to have problems with the mobileme push myself.. its informing me that there are unread emails, but i go into the inbox, and none...

the fix: navigate to a different mailbox (drafts, trash, etc), then navigate back to the inbox to refresh the display... dumb...

I have noticed intermitant problems with Facebook notifications. My gmail seems to be working okay though.

Push is not working for me also. Sent myself test emails through another email account and none were pushed through.
Waited a couple hours, then opened up mail.app. All emails I sent came through.

What mail service are you using? Are you sure it supports push and it is setup to push? Right now it sounds like your mail is set to "retrieve manually".

Some apps are working, others are not, so I'm guessing it has to do with apps devs haven't upgraded to work with the new phone yet
