push notifications - not in settings menu [ AUS iphone 3g ]

as title suggests i live in australia, have an iphone 3g, and using OS3.0 and i dont have the push notification settings in the settings app ? is this normal, from what ive read i should have it there. tried installing an app that uses push to see if it would appear, no luck :S

Try to reinstall the app that uses push notifications and make sure you tell it to allow them whenever the app launches for the first time. From there, it should automatically appear under settings under "Notifications".
