Push emails not working on iPhone 7 (& iPad 2)

Push emails not working for the past couple of days. Checked all the settings and they are correct. Latest IOS installed. Having to obtain them manually.

Any ideas?

The fact that is is happening with both your iPhone and iPad2 suggests that it's something to do with the account itself. What type is it? Gmail, Outlook.com, a work account?

I agree with Ecm. Besides, I'm receiving push notifications on my email accounts.

I have gmail and my push email has been working perfectly, as with the other folks, I think it's your email account.

It's Yahoo. What do you reckon - should I delete and re-load?

I have had the same issue with my @outlook, @live and @gmail accounts...typically shows up 15 minutes "late". Seems to be polling rather that pushing.

My @outlook.com account pushes notifications to my devices.

Gmail doesn't push on the stock Mail app. It's fetch only. Every 15 minutes is the best it does.

Seems to be an issue with Yahoo all of a sudden. There is no Push option in settings. Bizarre.

Look in settings> mail > Accounts > scroll down to Fetch > should be there.

I've got a Yahoo and Gmail set up and neither are pushing to my app. I'm having to get both manually.

Yahoo may have stopped push on the stock Mail app. Google did that for Gmail. My guess is it works on the Yahoo mail app.
