we updated to ios 7.2 and lost a big chunk of our video seems random files also hate white screen can we go back

After updating to iOS 7 there is no option to go back to the previous iOS. If you have issues in apps I would try to get in touch with the dev as they may need to update their app for the new iOS version. I'm not sure why you lost videos but to figure that out you would need to give us a little more detail.
