Problem

Last night when I got home I noticed I could not download any apps and continued this morning. The app icon would appear on home screen, the blue line would go about a quarter of the way and just stop. After a minute or two an alert pops up and say the app is unable to be downloaded. Tried many different apps. Anyone else have this problem? Don't know if it is phone or App Store. Thanks.

UPDATE: I cannot download when I wifi only. But I know my wifi is working bc all other things on iPhone and iPad and iMac and Apple TV are working perfectly fine. Only trying to download apps on wifi is not working.
