Problem with my Macbook Screen

I was wondering if any of you had a similar problem... I have a Late 2007 model Macbook and whenever I try to watch a video on youtube, my screen goes blank/off... The computer still runs and plays the video because I can hear the audio but I cant see anything on the screen... Any ideas? Thanks so much!

The ribbon connected to your screen could have been damaged...a late 2007 model Macbook has definitely seen some significant wear and tear, so a worn out display cable wouldn't surprise me.

But it only happens when I play video. For surfing, it's fine.
