problem with jailbroken apps after installating new jailbreak

I don't succeed to install the jailbroken apps that i have stored in itunes after i've jailbroken my iphone 5 with the last version (evasion 7 1.0.2) When i sincronize my iphone the jailbroken apps did not install but the app from appstore are installed correctly... what happens?

Unless you were using an app to back-up your jailbreak apps and settings, you have to re-download and install previous tweaks and apps as those do not get backed up with iTunes or iCloud.

Jail broken apps are apart of Cydia not the App Store so even though you back up your phone those apps won't be reinstalled. You have to manually install them from Cydia.

It sounds less like he's talking about tweaks and more like cracked apps. If that's the case, you won't be finding any advice here man.
