Problem deleting pictures from iPhone 4

Hi,

I tried to delete some pictures from the camera roll earlier today & ended up with this. The screen stayed like this even after exiting & running other apps. Only managed to sort it by restarting the phone. Anyone else had this problem?

I've seen it with one picture... not a bunch tho... I'm sure this is an iOS4 bug that will be fixed here shortly
