Price for 27inh 2017 imac

Hi, what is a good price to pay for a 27 inch 2017 imac, with i5 quad core 3.5 Redon 570 8G memorey

B&H Photo has them (I believe new) for 1400. Apple has them also for slightly more, according to the Apple site it's refurbished. I would suspect the B&H is too, but it does not say that.
