Possible notifications weather widget replacement?

I've noticed that the current weather and conditions of the weather widget in my notifications drop-down does not auto update. I have to click on it and have the actual 'page' pop up in order for it to refresh. I'm unaware of any settings or presets to fix this.
Does anyone know of a way to get an alternate weather widget, or one with a refresh toggle, for the notifications center?

It occasionally happens to me too... short of jailbreaking and using a widget in Notification Center... there's not much one can do... try pulling down on the weather in the notifications and let it snap back up and see if that makes it refresh without opening the stock weather app...
