Pop to go to multi window changed?

Not sure what's going on but when I press the side to go to the open apps, the tradition is now sudden like it pops open the screens where it was a slow transition before. Can you all check yours?

What do you mean when you say, "...when I press the side to go to the open apps..."? What side?

Lol ok I'm not sure if the technical given term for the feature but instead of double tapping the home button, you "3D touch" the left side to multitask. Get it? When I do this now, it is not the gradual opening effect to the Windows but rather a quick opening like "pop". Check yours and see if it does this

So I just restarted the phone and it went back to normal. Strange. Trying to stay with this phone coming from Android so hopefully this isn't indicative of problems with software.

I think you're swiping too far and it's going to the last page of the app maybe? Rather than opening your recent apps screen?
