Plug location irritation

Ok, this is the third morning in a row I've spent a minute trying to plug in my iPhone on the end opposite the headphones. 4 years of habit's hard to override in a low caffeine state...

Gotta be happy with the lightning connector not having to in one specific way. That was an everynight issue on all my past phones.

While I don't like the switch myself, I believe the iPods have been this way since day one. So I'm not sure why that was changed on the original iPhone.
