please help i cannot use my iphone 5c??????

my i phone 5c has had time on it but i can not use it. every time i call straighttalk they get it working for me but it only works for a couple of hours then goes back to i cannot recieve calls or callout, the wifi doesnt even work.

What's straight talk? Is that an app?

Have u tried taking it to Walmart ? They usually have someone who can help u with this in the electronics section

If you bought the phone new from Walmart and using Straight Talk as the so called 3rd party provider, You may or should be able to call Apple support for the 90 day phone support and they may help with getting it resolved on a more permanent basis!!

Does it have a SIM card? If so, maybe it's bad. My Wife's 5c had a SIM card replaced by Verizon.

The issue is clearly with your wireless provider so please contact them.

If you can't even use Wi-Fi, Your hardware may be failing. How long have you had your 5c?
