This is calculated with the exchange rate of 10 Swedish Crowns = 1 $.
Which isn't the case really, 7.44 SEK = 1 Dollar when you exchange it.
But the amount of stuff/services you get for 1 dollar equal 10 crowns.
So in those terms it's quite even.

And we have UNLIMITED 3G internet (7.2 Mbit/s) I personally have between 4 and 5 Mbit/s. For 12$ / month.

Basic calling packs start @ $20

With Rogers it's all about signing up with a terrible plan, and then 3 months in calling Retentions and getting like half of your cost credited.
