Photon Flash Player

Have the paid Flash Player on my iPad. I want to add it to my iPhone 7 but the app store keeps asking me to purchase it again. I have many other apps on both devices that I only paid for once. Any reason for this?

Are you signed in to iTunes with the same Apple ID? If so, try signing out of iTunes, then sign back in. That don't work, try signing out of iCloud, then sign back in.
